This photo was taken before realizing that photos are not allowed at the Museum of Contemporary Native Arts. It is part of an exhibit that is SO satisfyingly apocalyptic, angry, symbolic and balanced: An Evening Redness in the West. This sculpture perfectly embodies what a Superior Empress of Power and Rebellion should look like. The symmetry, texture, color and lighting are perfection. I love and need more.
